Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
Damaged Plants
We take extra care when packing your plants, but sometimes transit can be tough on them.
If your plant arrives damaged or unhealthy:
1. Snap a clear photo of the issue.
2. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email.
3. We may ask a few care questions and share simple fixes to help it bounce back. If recovery isn’t possible, we’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.
Damage reports made after 24 hours are not eligible for free exchange or refund.
Returns (Within 14 Days)
If you change your mind or are not fully satisfied, you can return your plant within 14 days of delivery, provided:
• The plant is in healthy condition, and in its original pot and packaging.
• It has not been pruned, repotted, or damaged.
• It has not been kept outdoors unless recommended by our team.
Once we receive your photo and confirm eligibility, we’ll schedule a pickup. A restocking fee (AED 35) will be deducted from your refund.
Kindly note that outdoor plants and trees are not eligible for returns or refunds unless infected or damaged on arrival.
Exchanges
• Indoor plants: Eligible only if damaged on arrival and reported within 24 hours.
• Non-plant items (like fertilizers or sprays): Can be exchanged if unopened and unused.
Refunds
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–5 working days after inspection. Please note your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
If the order has already been shipped or prepared, a restocking fee may apply.
Exclusions
• Promotional, customized/personalized, or complimentary items.
• Made-to-order planters and gift wrapping.
• Consumables (fertilisers, sprays, etc.) if opened/used.
